1. Fee Payment Architecture
Academic fees for tuition, smart classroom modules, and weekly test series are structured in installment or quarterly formats. Verifiable digital receipts are generated for all settled transactions.
2. Cancellation & Withdrawals
In cases where a student seeks withdrawal due to unforeseen residential relocation or medical emergencies prior to course commencement, formal refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Haldwani administrative desk.
3. Alpha Scholarship Olympiad (ASO) Waivers
Merit fee concessions awarded via the Alpha Scholarship Olympiad are directly credited against tuition installments and are non-transferable.
